Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

  • Your order means a lot to us! We truly hope you will be fully satisfied with our beautiful product offerings. However, if within 5 days after delivery from our premise and you did not like what you receive, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. This, however does not include Sale and Promo items. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

 

  • Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Kindly e-mail to us customercare@eblogue.com for further instructions. Kindly also be informed the cost of shipping for returns will be borne by customer.

 

  • If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, then you will be required to top up the balance using cash/instant bank transfer. If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, then no balance amount will be refunded to you.
