Shipping & Delivery Information

• We provide FREE shipping on all orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers will be emailed once payment made.
• We post all orders made before 10PM, Monday - Thursday on the next working day. Orders made on Friday will only be shipped on Monday. If customers do not receive their order within 3 working days (for West Malaysia) 5 days (for East Malaysia), please contact our customer service department to track your order.
• Kindly note, all items purchased from our website will be delivered using the courier service as determined by our company.
• If you cannot find your country in the list above, please email us at customercare@eblogue.com, we will assist you from there.
• On an additional note, the management shall have full discretion in amending shipping rate policy for Eblogue without prior notice.
• Shipping rate may be applicable for clearance and promotional items as set by the management of the company, as and when required.
